$5,499 plus 3.5% service fee

Designed for couples who want exclusive, full-day use of the private outdoor estate for their wedding. Enjoy complete privacy with no other events on the property, the freedom to bring your own caterer, and the flexibility to personalize every detail from start to finish.

What’s included:

  • Exclusive reservation of the estate for one wedding per day

  • Freedom to bring your own caterer

  • No food or beverage minimums

  • Beer, wine, champagne, and two signature cocktails allowed

    • No straight alcohol (such as shots or drinks on the rocks) for guest safety and comfort

    • No corkage fee

  • Licensed bartender required for all alcohol service

  • 12-hour venue access (10am–10pm)

  • One-hour scheduled rehearsal

  • Ceremony area for up to 100 guests

  • Access to private restroom

  • Complimentary on-site parking

Designed for couples who want a meaningful, low-key celebration surrounded by privacy and natural beauty. Exchange your vows with your closest people, then take time for photographs around the estate.

Included:

  • 1-hour ceremony

  • 1 hour for photos

  • 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown

  • Exclusive use of the outdoor ceremony area

  • Ceremony area for up to 100 guests

  • Access to one private restroom

  • Complimentary on-site parking

Created for birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and other celebrations that feel best outdoors. Enjoy exclusive use of the orchard, lawn, pool, and covered patio in a private residential setting surrounded by rolling hills and cherry trees.

  • 6 hours of outdoor event time; inclusive of setup and breakdown of event.

  • Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and special gatherings

  • Tables and Bench seating

  • Flexible catering options (bring your own or use the wood-fired pizza oven as an add-on)

  • Complimentary on-site parking

Orchard Play

$2,499 plus 3.5% service fee

Designed for family parties and children’s celebrations that need room to move. Kids can burn energy on the spacious lawn and trampoline area while adults relax by the pool or under the covered patio.

A relaxed evening in the orchard featuring wood-fired pizza prepared on-site by Farmer Chris, along with two fresh salad options. Guests can bring their own wine or hire a bartender service.
